Our story
ONAFIS’s story begins in the Muscadet region, facing the distress of a winegrower who had just lost several tanks to contamination. Alexandre Ermenault, a data/cloud software engineer, then realized the limit of the trade: manual monitoring. However rigorous it may be, it leaves huge blind spots between two readings.
He then decided to make monitoring continuous. ONAFIS was born from that ambition.
Developed jointly with the CEA and field-tested with 12 partner estates, our aging-monitoring solutions have been award-winning at Vinitech since 2020.
Today, with patented technologies designed and assembled in France, ONAFIS supports hundreds of wine, beer and spirits producers. One single goal: to guarantee producers that they will never again discover too late what is happening in their tanks.
