Our approach

We don’t sell off-the-shelf equipment.

Every operation has its own volumes, methods, constraints, and vulnerabilities.

Before proposing anything, we analyze your situation and calculate what your current monitoring is costing you and what risks it exposes you to.

It’s from this diagnostic that we build the solution that best fits you.

1. First conversation

A short video call to get to know you better and walk you through our approach in more detail.

2. The audit

A 360° diagnostic that goes well beyond a technical assessment: we analyze all the value levers of your production.

3. The findings and recommendations

We consolidate all the data and provide you with a complete report including our analysis, prioritized recommendations, and a return-on-investment study.

This presentation takes place with all relevant departments present: general management, finance, technical management, and production management.

The commercial proposal is presented to you afterward, once the diagnostic has been shared.

4. Deployment

With your approval, we install the equipment on your tanks and barrels without disrupting your operations, configure it according to your recipes and targets, and train your teams.

5. Ongoing monitoring

Your data accumulates and gains value: you compare one campaign to the next, fine-tune your settings, and our team stays by your side to help you make the most of this information.
This is where real process control comes into its own.

What the audit covers

Volume and quality: evaporation losses, fermentation drift, and microbiological risks affecting your volumes and quality.

Capital and asset protection: the value tied up in your tanks and barrels, and the risk of a broken cold chain.

Human and insurance risk: safety related to fermentation CO2, and ways to reduce your workplace accident contributions.

Energy: the performance of your cooling system and thermoregulation, the largest energy expense in a cellar.

Time and labor: the time your teams spend on manual readings and checks, currently unaccounted for.

What you receive

A consolidated report: findings, key figures for your estate, and a deployment roadmap prioritized by return on investment.

We clearly distinguish between certain, recurring gains, commercial value creation, and risks avoided.

It's the audit that determines what you need, not a catalog.

We cover every measurement point that determines the quality, yield, and safety of your production.
