What the audit covers
A 360° diagnostic that goes far beyond a climate-control status check: we analyze the full set of value levers in your production.
Time & labor
The time your teams spend on manual readings and checks, currently unaccounted for.
Wine: volume and quality
Evaporation losses, fermentation deviations and microbiological risks that weigh on your volumes and your quality.
Energy
The performance of your cooling system and temperature control, a winery’s largest energy expense.
Capital & risk protection
The value tied up in your tanks and barrels, and the risks of a break in the cold chain.
Human & insurance risk
Safety related to fermentation CO2, and the levers for reducing your workplace accident contributions.
Our 3-step approach
A rigorous audit, carried out with your teams, to build a reliable, shared diagnostic.
1. Preparation and data collection (under NDA)
This process requires precise data; you will find at this link a confidentiality agreement (to be completed). Once it’s signed, we’ll send you a list of documents to provide so we can complete our analysis.
2. Audit follow-up (interviews)
On-site visits and/or video calls are a key step in capturing the essential measurement points across your entire process.
3. Findings presentation (D+8)
We need 8 days to consolidate all the data. For the presentation of this file, it’s ideal to bring together all the project’s stakeholders: technical director, executive management, CFO, cellar master, board members, and anyone else with relevant decision-making authority to understand this ROI.
What you receive
A consolidated report: conclusions, key figures for your operation, and a deployment roadmap prioritized by return on investment. We clearly distinguish between certain, recurring gains, commercial value creation, and risks avoided.
